Where do you mainly workout?
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
The only con I can think of is overcrowding during certain times of the day.
Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Lower back. combination of lifting and MMa training. Took about 4weeks to heal. I took o'lot of hot baths, massages, lite stretching and rest.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Incorrect form and trying to go to heavy to fast.
