The secret is diet diet diet. Even when I can't work out, clean eating gets me through. Gotta love that chicken and spinach! Keep working hard! Good luck with your goals.

Advice i'd give you for now concerning your progress is do more compound exercises! It's crucial to you gaining muscle, exercises you should be using in your workouts are all classics Bench press, Squats, Bent over rows, Deadlifts, Some kind vertical pulling motion like pullups or alternative lat pulldowns, dips, pushing motion like clean and press or shoulder press. Then add others to complement these like shrugs for shoulders/traps and barbell curls
