i haven't really set any specific goals, just been going to the gym 6 days a week and get pumped whenever i can add another weight to the stack on the machine. it's addictive ;). thanks! you're making amazing progress i see abs

Well, I have 7 pounds left towards my initial goal of 145lbs. Once I get there it's all about losing fat percentage. So, I'm trying to get to 20 % which according to my calculations I will have to get to 139 lbs. to get there.
