When I Started:
How I Started:
I started lifting weights in high school to get stronger for football. Than got hooked on getting bigger and stronger.
Why I Love It:
I love to push my bodys limits. (In a safe way but in a crazy workout way)
How I Stay Motivated:
After many years of injuries and other stupid reasons I am back searching for that motivation to get my drive back again. I also have a 16 and 13 year old boys that want to get stronger for sports so its time to step up to the plate and get back into shape.
BB Accomplishments:
I went from 28% bodyfat to 5% while on my move to try and compete in a local amature BB contest. An injury prevented me from competing.

I want to drop the fat and add the muscle back. Would like to get under 200lbs.
Goal (Long):
I use to lift to get bigger, now I want to lift to get fit. I haven't been under 200lbs since my junior year in high school so I would love to hit that. I turn 44 feb. 27th and would like to be in great shape than. I also would like to see a 6 pack again.
