I am just not consistent enough with eating. If I am under any stress, I do not eat. There is another of my issues!!

I am just an oddball who works only through trial and error...I have the book to figure it out, and my doc told me I have low fat in my blood which equates to the wrong carb intake. That is my big issue I am working on.

I've been lifting for 8 years & have been blessed with great gentics. I've always been naturally lean so I don't have to worry about my bodyfat that much!
