How I Started:
Dad had an old gym set outside and one day I needed to take some anger out on something. So I went outside and started lifting and I found myself in my own world I wasn't stressing about anything thats happened that day or about coming events, I then fell in love with it.
Why I Love It:
Because the iron never lies to you.
The Iron is the best antidepressant I have ever found. There is no better way to fight weakness than with strength. Once the mind and body have been awakened to their true potential, it’s impossible to turn back.

How I Stay Motivated:
The way i stay motivated is to view things in a positive way. I'm the smallest on my football team, But I'm the fastest. I'm not the strongest, But I'm not the weakest. I'm not the biggest hitter, But I make every tackle I commit to. I'm not the best player on the field, But i do my job and I DO IT WELL. That's all you need is a positive view on life, thats all you need.

I want to increase my weight to 75kgs without putting on much fat before the football session starts.
Lifting goals: - Bench:120kgs/264lbs - Squats:145kgs/319lbs - Deadlift:150kgs/330lbs

Your already on your way to building a young impressive body! I wish I learned to hit the iron regularly at your age! Stick with it bro! It pays off later in life!

good to hear that youre getting back into it. just take it easy for a while. things are going good here. want to get 260 on my bench next month. we'll see how it goes.
things are pretty good here. still trying to gain some weight. would like to get to 170-175. im just a hard gainer. tried for 255 on the bench the other day. couldnt quite get it. still at 250, damn it, haha.
