The knees are jacked up. I have zero lateral movement unless I go really slow. I am still able to run but only on a treadmill. I am waiting on appointment with a specialist for another MCL repair.

Good luck with those body stats and the tournament. Basketball has always been my downfall since every time I start lifting or dropping weight I end up hitting the courts and then re-injure my knee and then just end up falling off the wagon due to the inactivity. Needless to say that I've been playing ball twice a week since I starting dropping weight.

Hey lady...you are an inspiration to me. I've had two MCL surgeries on my left knee and am awaiting MRI results (I think I tore it again!). As if that wasn't enough, I think I just did something to my right knee. Your persistance is showing me that I can overcome this setback and continue on this road to my best fitness ever!

Thanks for the love bro...I've plateaued over the last few weeks so looking for a new workout technique. It's going to be rough though since I have four weeks work of business trips over the next 6 weeks. Keep your head up and you'll make it through...just remember that there's always some bullshit coming up in disguise as an excuse.

The knee is feeling a lot better. I don't have enough trust on it to run...but going to try the elliptical tonight. I did some bike work last night as a warm up and had some minor pain. I am trying to find a good orthopedic surgeon to consult. Thanks for the follow-up...how's your work coming along?
