Overall goal is to be lean and get rid of years of neglect to my body.
Goal (Long):
I embarked on my goal of dropping from 262lbs. to below 235 on Dec 21, 2008. As of May 1st, I am weighing 245lbs and am only 10lbs shy of that goal. I've dropped 13 1/2" of fat from my body with the majority of that loss ocurring around my waist and stomach.
My immediate goal, which I've changed from weighing below 235 to 230, is very attainable. I can see myself wearing a size 36 waist jean within 3-4 months. I am currently between 38-40 waist, a reminder that I am 6'2" and am defintely not in the little guy category.

i kinda just dropped of the face of the earth for a min. my fault. i went on leave and gained weight back. poo.lol. i lost 4 of those lbs, but lots to go. ne ways. how are you doing? how is it going.

I haven't been on in a while, and I'm only starting to answer my messages now. :\ But yeah, I kinda slacked a bit so I haven't dropped anymore weight recently..but I'm looking to jump back into it HARDCORE! :) Your comment definitely smacked some motivation into me, haha! Well I have been doing great! My trainer killed me Friday with legs, and turned back around and did legs on Monday. I can't even squat to sit down right now...but I love it, train hard and balls to the wall. Be careful with that knee...I wanna c u get back the right way...stay healthy bro!
hey man, thanx for the support. Trainings' comming along great. Where in Afghanistan right now and they take care of us with some great gyms with all the free bottled water you can drink, cant beat that. Have a great WORKOUT man!
