When I Started: Aug, 2006
How I Started: I really started back in the early to mid-80's. I subscribed to the "A workout must include 65 different isolation exercises for each muscle three times a week". I never made any progress to speak of until I watched Anthony Clark squatting like 600 for reps. After talking to Anthony and watching the weight he moved, I started powerlifting and then I met my EX. She didn't like the gym (to be exact, she didn't like the hot looking girls in the gym) so I quit.

Main Goal: Other
Goal (Short): Break the 200 pound barrier so that I can begin the next phase of improvement.
Goal (Long): Reduce bodyfat to a point somewhere between 10%-15% and to increase my overall muscular level to point where others will know I workout with weights.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 35 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 15%
