I really like steve's plan, I have to constantly remind myself that I didn't get fat over night so I won't lose it over night. I kept asking steve why I started off like a house on fire and now it slowed down and he said I was proably putting on muscle. Don't get me wrong I want muscle but I also want to be able to wear 38 inch waist pants, lol. Fat guy clothing is expensive.

Good luck with your goals, you are the only thing that can stop you from achieving what you want. For what its worth I didn't start really to get serious until I joined a body group, you need something to hold you accountable, and bodygroups can also be a huge motivator. Checkout Team Poynter, stevep78 has really helped me change my life so far.

Bro thata awesome progress on your back, you may have lost only 20 lbs but you put on a hell of alot of muscle, keep it up.

I am doing alright I guess, the scale is kinda stuck but I am losing some of my measurments though. What kind of injury do you have?

Thats pretty cool, it helps when you have some to push you and hold you accountable. Well I'm off to the gym to do the damn thing, if you ever need advice about the diet or whatever don't hesitate to ask me or any of the other Team Poynter peeps, you can do this.

Thanks I really appreciate it. I am really proud of the progress I have made thus far, but I've not been as strict as I could but these last six weeks are going to be real strict. I'm just trying to get a big ol' honking back like you, seriously you show movies on that thing.

I know what you mean I have wasted a lot of good food by experimenting with different marinades and seasonings, if I could only get my chicken to taste like chipotle's, whoa momma I'd be ripped by now.

once those muscles start popping and rocking trust me you'll be running around like the hungry for honeycomb monster grabbing everything you can get your hands on. Let me give you one tip that really helps me, and thats to always prepare the food ahead of time so that you have a constant supply of the healthy food ready. I have come home after a workout not had any food ready and grabbed anything and everything and it usually is bad.
