I used to be the strong fat guy at the gym, then I realized hey strong or not you're still fat. If I'm going to the gym six days a week and spending all this time and money why not do it right, so I enlisted the help of a very knowledgable P.T. and finally got the missing puzzle peice, my diet.
Why I Love It:
Because of the instant gratification you feel when you're done,the soreness that lets you know you have accomplished something, or just the fact you feel better as soon as you are done.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror seeing muscles and definition start to pop out. My kids keep me motivated I'm superman to them.

HITMAN56 inspires me by showing no matter how big you start out you can lose weight get smaller and still look like a big strong guy. Anybody that can loose 170 lbs and still look muscluar is a true inspiration

Why I like this video: These are the highlights of most of Fedor's fights. I like Fedor because he doesn't look like some hardcore figter, just an average guy. He never talks trash and he always thanks his opponets after a fight. I train in the gym the way Fedor fights, No showing off, I show up, hit it hard as hell and then disappear into the crowd, lol.

My progress has stalled due to lots of school but I am working at leaning out without the pressure of a definitive date but hoping to do a comp in the spring.. we shall see :D

haha wow,yeah with 2 young kids"boys and my husband i usuially do have to cook in advance but i made this chicken with this yikky maranead and i have tond left but cant eat it cause it tastes like shizt
that's very smart,i love sams club and costco.they are awesome on deals for bulk items. i really dont eat alot so that will be my weakness,i'll have to figure out how im going to even eat that much lol
