hallo süsse, normalerweise braucht du wenn du schwere beugen machst, keine weiteren übungen für die beine , ausser vielleicht beinbizeps. ich mache ausfallschritte (gehend, nicht auf der stelle) abwechelnd mit kniebeuge und beinbeuger. wenn ich nicht beuge , was auch phasenweise vorkommt,dann presse, beuger strecker, sissy squats, ausfallschritte bussi xoxox nicole
