I HAVE ALWAYS PLAYED SPORTS ALL MY LIFE AND STARTED LIFTING WEIGHTS IN HIGHSCHOOL, AND AFTER HIGHSCHOOL WAS OVER LOST TOUCH WITH IT AND NOW GETTING BACK INTO IT.
Why I Love It:
I HAVE ALWAYS LOVED WORKING OUT, IT HELPS ME LET OUT FRUSTRATION AND RELAX ME, SO I WAS REALLY WANTING TO GET INTO SHAPE, AND NOW I WANT TO PUT ON MASS. WHEN I GO TO THE GYM AND SEE THE PEOPLE THAT I WORK OUT WITH I FEEL LIKE I AM AT MY HOME AWAY FROM HOME.
How I Stay Motivated:
PRETTY MUCH JUST MAKE MYSELF GO CUZ I KNOW WHERE I AM AT AND I KNOW WHERE I WANT TO BE, AND SITTING AT HOME ON THE COUTCH WATICHING TV IS NOT GOING TO GET ME THERE....PLUS I JUST LOVE THE ATMOSPHERE IN THE GYM AND THE PEOPLE YOU MEET THERE ARE REALLY COOL PEOPLE.

Like most girls, I'm constantly trying to shred out... LOL! I'm just trying to find a balance and a diet that won't make me crazy. I wanna be fit for life, not just in the short term, you know what I mean?
So I hope you're progressing as well as I am *wink* Btw I want a tattoo but I'm afraid that if I lose more weight with the tattoo it'll stretch....will that really happen?
Oh it's going so well now I'm finally back at a gym and able to use heavier weights than I have at home. I had a great workout today but we're having a heatwave so I'm starting to flag! Have to make sure I do another stretch before bed or I'll wake up all stiff like a dead spider lol
