I've been lifting weights my whole life. I played all high school sports and went on to play Division II College Football and lifting played a big role in my life but I was always just going through the motions and following the programs our coach gave us. In 2004 I went into the Air Force Special Forces and all the guys were into hitting the gym and educating themselves on supplements, nutrition and programs. That's when the bug bit me and I was hooked from there. Now I'm always looking to try the next program or supplement that will take me to the next level but I'm also 100% natural and plan to stay that way.
Why I Love It:
Every day on the job for me seems like the stress will just knock me off my feet, so when I get done I can't wait to get to the gym, leave the cell phone in my locker, put the IPOD in my ears, crank up the music, and forget about everything and throw around the iron. You can literally feel the stress leave your body. Once your done, you feel great and as a bonus, look great too.
How I Stay Motivated:
With the support of my beautiful wife, who is a trainer, and a long family history of high blood pressure or hypertension. I had high blood pressure for most of my life until I educated myself on proper nutrition and exercise. Now, I'm good-to-go.
BB Accomplishments:
I don't plan on competing. I workout for my health and that's good enough for me.
