How I Started:
When I moved back to New Jersey in 2007 I had a good friend that lived near by that went to the gym constantly. I saw how built he had gotten and wanted to get like that so i started going as well. Before I knew it I was hooked and iv'e been going ever since.
Why I Love It:
I like to see how my body changes and looks from month to month.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just knowing that there are people out there doing more weight than me. Plus I feel lazy if I dont go. lol

225 on the Bench. 315 Deadlift.
