I want to build a solid base by lifting heavy over the next 6 weeks. There is this group at the gym I workout in called the 1000 pound club (bench + squat + deadlift exceeds 1000 lbs). After I get on that list (once a month trials), I am going to get back to the business of fine tuning and weight loss. I hope this small achievement gives me the motivation to eat clean - which is really all I need to meet my personal BB goals.

Hey, how's it going? Busy, busy, busy here getting ready for summer performances, extra teaching, and CD release parties to schedule - finally. Unfortunately, not much exercise due to lots of pain from old injuries. Sigh.....
You are making great progress. I hadn't checked your progress pics in a while! Your legs look awesome and the middle is "melting" away. I can see the hint of some abs. Keep pushing!

Thanks for checking on me! I've been doing good. I took about 2mos off and gradually getting back into it now. How've you been? Gona post new pics soon?
I could certainily use the motivation! Due to the move it's been about 5wks since I've done a single workout. I'm guessing about 2 more weeks and I'll be settled in.
Hi!! How have you been? Lots of changes around here, and unfortunately, some added pounds - oh, dear! I'm just getting back to work, but having a hard time getting rid of some bad habits. But I'll never give up! I hope all is well with you.
