How I Started:
I have always enjoyed working out. Unfortunately, I have always enjoyed eating - especially pastries. About 3 months ago, I saw a picture of myself and decided to do something about my weight. I was 203 lbs at the time.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it allows me to burn off stress and makes me feel good (probably the endorphans). I like the idea of changing the way my body looks and to see the strength gains.
How I Stay Motivated:
I read Muscle & Fitness magazine and have an internal drive to want to be better.

This is the beginning!
Mid Week 5: Can see less fat from side shot compared to 6/09 pic. Front photos leave out a lot.
To show dramatic changes on Aug 21, 2008, compared to my start on BodySpace on Aug 21, 2007.
Goal (Long):
I have always worked out, but never have been in peak shape. As I am getting a little older (mid 30s), I ask myself the question - why am I doing all this working out just to look average. After seeing myself at my weight peak (203 lbs) - I decided to make a change and utilize all of this information from reading mags and websites to workout and eat "smart".
