WAS DEPRESSED.NEEDED A CHANGE.STARTED WITH SMALL GOALS.DID REALLY WELL.KEPT MAKING CHANGES TO IMPROVE MY WORKOUT/RESAULTS AND GOALS.EVENTUALLY DECIDED TO START BODYBUILDING.IT HAS LITERALLY CHANGED MY LIFE AND MADE ME WHO I AM.ITS MY DREAM TO QUIT DRIVING A TRUCK AND BEABLE TO WORKOUT EVERYDAY.I WOULD LOVE TO GET PAID TO WORK OUT FULL TIME!
Why I Love It:
IT HAS BECOME MY PASSION,GIVING ME SELF RESPECT FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE.I SEE MYSELF IMPROVING AND MY LOVE FOR IT CONTINUES TO GROW!
How I Stay Motivated:
I BELEIVE IT WAS IMPLANTED INTO MY DNA BY ALIENS WHILE I SLEPT(THATS A JOKE!).IVE ACTUALLY PICTURED MYSELF,LOOKING IN THE MIRROR AT THE GYM,DOING HAMMER CURLS,SO THAT I COULD RELAX AND SLEEP.

Wow man, that's pretty good. I'd be impressed as hell if you could get 500 up by Christmas though. I think my long term goal is to get up 405 one day. It's hard to lift that much without putting on to much weight though.
Not quite in the 300's in bench yet, but I'm very hopeful. My max is probably around 275. I too wouldn't mind looking like John Cena, only more defined.

27% huh, yeah those scales aren't very accurate. You've got to get pinched. Ask one of the trainers if they can give you a Body Fat analysis with a pincher/clamp. I'd guess you're somewhere between 12 and 15%, but that's just judging from your photos. Find out and let me know.
