When I Started:
How I Started:
originally i started to get fit for rugby. its a very physical game and if your not fit and strong enough you wont survive. i kept at it and slowly fell in love with it.
Why I Love It:
the rush you get after you have pushed yourself to the limit and the general feeling of wellbeing as a consequence. also seeing the affects on the rugby field.
How I Stay Motivated:
i want to be the biggest, strongest, fastest and meanest player on that pitch. i train like im about to go head to head with a player with all those qualities. i want to one day play proffesionally and size and strength can make or break me getting there, this keeps me motivated and keeps me one step ahead of the competition.

it depends what you see as major accomplishments.

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
pretty much the same as biceps, i shock them and keep them guessing but i also train them very intensively. like biceps i train them incredibly hard and then allow them to rest for about 4 or so days.
