Going good bro. Joined another gym-three total. I like this last one tho the most. It's all old school weights, dumbells, benches; takes me back to the early days. Hitting it hard and heavy like holyfield

training is goin great, that's the easy part...gettin these damn meals in on a daily is the killer, i would love to go back to 3 meals a day if i could get the same result from 6-7 a day
