BETWEEN 6 AND 12, I GO HARD N' HEAVY, BUT MAINTAIN A GOOD FORM,MAKE SURE I HIT THE MUSCLE CORRECTLY!

training is goin great, that's the easy part...gettin these damn meals in on a daily is the killer, i would love to go back to 3 meals a day if i could get the same result from 6-7 a day
