Thanks for reading my blog. I hate how the Panic attack comes out of nowhere. Luckily when I am at the gym there are only about 5 people in there. I don't know what I would do if I had one in a packed gym.

Charlie, Good Luck with all of your goals. I see you want to lose weight and BF% that's great. Don't be to concerned with the amount of weight you can lift while shedding pounds and bf% unless your main goal is strength. I see too many people trying to build their bodys by only being concerned with the amount of weight moved. That's just my opinion though. I am in it to shape my body, the amount of weight I lift will rise along with it. Stay Motivated. Kevin

Tony, Thanks for the comment. I am trying real hard to get back into shape. Man it's a lot harder now than it was when I was 20. I hate having to deal with co-workers and their comments about the way I eat and what time I go to bed. Now matter how many times I try and explain, it's the same ole thing. "Why are you torturing yourself?" Like eating good and exercising is torture. I mean I know I am always sore but it's a great feeling. Anyway good luck with all of your goals. Kevin

Hey Jorge, how’s it going man? Nice progress so far. I just joined a gym so now I can get the cardio I need and get a better workout with all the different equipment. I just need to start getting up at 4:30 a.m. now. Keep pushing those weights.

Looking great Katie. Keep up the good work. I know holidays are hard with all the food and all. I had at least 6 parties at work that I had to attend and they all consisted of BAD FOOD. Anyway just stopped by to say your looking good and have a great 2008!!

Hows it goin' Warner? I have no pain in my shoulder now. Man it's been a hell of a holiday. My mother in law passed away right before xmas and it's just been one thing after another keeping me busy. My lifting and diet are still on track though. I am down to 195 so far. How is everything going with you?

Your home gym looks great. I am just starting to build mine but I have a long way to go. I try and check out as many profiles as I can while on breaks here at work. I haven't had much time at home to get on bodyspace.

I don't really have a set time frame. I am just going to keep eating right and exercising. I just want to lose the fat and keep it off. I am never going back to the way I was. Even if I only get in a 15 min. workout I do it as hard as I can.
