After getting a desk job this is what happened to me. It's time for a change.
I now have a diet plan.
I think I am making a little progress. At least I feel a lot better.
They SUCK. Right after my 1st shoulder press set I was re-racking the weights and BAM!!! It hit me. I have had my share of them and I have learned to ride it out without medication but damn it sure is hard. I always try and get my mind on something else because if you think about what you...
hey just read ur body blog about panic attacks. tottally feel u bro i get them sometimes to usually at night. But its happened at the gym before to its horrible i feel like everyone there thinks im crazy because i get up and try to walk it off sometimes it tottally ruins my workout and i have to go back later or make it up on an off day.
Kevin,
Thanks for drooping in and saying hi. My main goal is to look good, fell better and get a date with a hot woman. I agree with you on the fact the weight moved will come with time. Now is the time to shape the body.
thanks...I am working on it...my main issue is the diet...not that what I eat is bad...I just don't eat enough...I am hyperactive and get side tracked and forget to eat...yes I forget...sounds crazy huh
Cool. Thanks for the reply. I'm sore right now from a tough upper body workout, strained neck, pulled calf muscle, and turned ankle. but I'd rather have all those than not be able to be active. good luck.

'sup, passing by to check your progress and I see good things, I read your blog about leg day. I can relate, today that was me, I almost couldn't get down the stairs of the gym. Good luck.
thanks heaps for your encoraging words.
Im struggling at the moment. Went on a cruise after christmas and put on about 5 kilos, lost 2 but just cant get my head back into it.
Training still but diet is shocking
I just have nothing driving me at the moment. I need some motivation. HELP!
Hey man, sorry to hear about your loss, we are never prepared to deal with death! Good to hear you are still on your diet and exercise plan! I have had some different turns of events myself! Well good to hear from you!
Just reading your page, I know how it is losing weight then going back to the same bad habits. To many things have open my eyes to not staying with the life style. Stay Motivated, stay on course . . . live right, live long!
That's a good way to look at things. But, if your case is anything as mine, once you start seeing the real results, you'll be hooked, and that will go up more than a couple of notches in the priority ladder. good luck! and tks.
