How I Started:
I started about 6 years ago and lost 30 pound and felt great but then I just quit doing it and went back to my bad eating habits. You know like Pizza right before bed or waking at night and fixing some food or leftovers. I am done with that for good. I cheat every once in a while but that's it.
It has been almost a year since posting on here. I have had a lot of problems...first.. shoulder pain prevented me from making much progress on my Bench press then recently I have had left knee problems. Calcium build-up on the quadriceps tendon at the patella which is a big problem during any...
hey just read ur body blog about panic attacks. tottally feel u bro i get them sometimes to usually at night. But its happened at the gym before to its horrible i feel like everyone there thinks im crazy because i get up and try to walk it off sometimes it tottally ruins my workout and i have to go back later or make it up on an off day.
Kevin,
Thanks for drooping in and saying hi. My main goal is to look good, fell better and get a date with a hot woman. I agree with you on the fact the weight moved will come with time. Now is the time to shape the body.
thanks...I am working on it...my main issue is the diet...not that what I eat is bad...I just don't eat enough...I am hyperactive and get side tracked and forget to eat...yes I forget...sounds crazy huh
Cool. Thanks for the reply. I'm sore right now from a tough upper body workout, strained neck, pulled calf muscle, and turned ankle. but I'd rather have all those than not be able to be active. good luck.

'sup, passing by to check your progress and I see good things, I read your blog about leg day. I can relate, today that was me, I almost couldn't get down the stairs of the gym. Good luck.
thanks heaps for your encoraging words.
Im struggling at the moment. Went on a cruise after christmas and put on about 5 kilos, lost 2 but just cant get my head back into it.
Training still but diet is shocking
I just have nothing driving me at the moment. I need some motivation. HELP!
Hey man, sorry to hear about your loss, we are never prepared to deal with death! Good to hear you are still on your diet and exercise plan! I have had some different turns of events myself! Well good to hear from you!
Just reading your page, I know how it is losing weight then going back to the same bad habits. To many things have open my eyes to not staying with the life style. Stay Motivated, stay on course . . . live right, live long!
