Yeah! Gotta love the Boobs and Ass! ;)Haha! I know how you feel, my waist has picked up that I've even had to buy new clothes! :( But I'm trying to keep focused on the end goal. How much have you gained so far? I'm sure the yellow bikini will still be fine! :) As for my bulk - I'm lucky im in South Africa - so we actually in our winter now. My cut will start oct - in time for our summer (Dec). I'm not planning to compete though. What routine are you on at the moment?

Hey girl! Sounds like you also punishing yourself! I'm bulking until Oct - so far I am 8kgs up - but the waist is crying! Haha! I've decided to stick through it - cos I dont really have a problem leaning up!
Whats news otherwise? When are your comps?

Ah... boxing is awesome! Very intense cardio! Yeah - i'm pretty happy, i have picked up some good size so far, but cant keep that fat % down! LOL! I'll just have to worry about that in summer. You looking fantastic though! :) Seems like everything is falling into place for you!? Is there another flex competition this year?

Hmmm - unfortunately I am expecting a lot of fat with that gain - but I am just trying to shock my body a little. My net gains wont be that impressive after the cut. Keep me posted on your progress!

I'm trying to pack on as close to 15kgs as possible - up until Sept. Then cut it off in time for our summer (Dec). I've managed to gain 7kgs so far, but the waistline has suffered more then I wanted. And you?

Nope - Kim wants to focus on staying lean, so not into the bulking thing. Its going ok for now - I seem to have gained 3 kgs in the first 5 weeks, but I am getting tired of eating! LOL! If you get a chance - i would like to see your approach to bulk dieting? BY the way - I agree on upper body training, legs just hurt too much! Haha!

I'm pretty lucky - I dont need to overdo cardio. During the off season I would do cardio maybe once a week (more for fun), like play squash, etc. When i am trying to lean up I train 6 days a week - cardio 3 of the days for about 45min (running & swimming). Diet is the most important part though.

Its going ok on my side - Feeling very flat the last few weeks. I think its just my body adjusting to work again (after an awesome holiday! :D ) and the new gym routine. Hoping to see the results though!

Cool to hear your new year has started well! ;) We finished BFL in dec - and got some good results. In the last 3 - 4 weeks we changed things up a little (carb cutting & cardio). Kim got awesmome results (her lowest fat %), but she was training a lot more then we were suppose to. LOL. I'll keep checking in to see how your bulk is going! I started mine now - but only cut in Oct! :( (Not sure if i will be able to deal with the extra belt notches! LOL! Keep in touch!
