Overall Goal: My goal is to drop my bodyweight down to around 185 by the end of Sept, and reduce my BF to below 15%, then start working to bulking up and packing on some muscle while keeping consistent bodyfat.
Fit Status:
Was out of the gym for a couple of weeks, but getting back into it. Also starting segments of P90X. That s&%t ain't no joke.

Goal (Long):
At the end of my Marine Corps career, injuries and job really slowed me down when it came to my fitness, and as a result, I became overweight and I was not pleased with the way I look. I want to reduce my body fat to below 15% (lower if possible) and keep my overall bodyweight consistent with staying in shape.
I work out 5 days a week, twice a day. Mornings are reserved for cardio training, which alternates between High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and endurance. This affects lifting, however I am in a two part program to reduce weight and bodyfat and tone up before building mass. Each day...
