Day 1 of the 12 Week Plan
Posted in Training : Oct 31, 2011 10:47amToday is Day 1 of the 12 Week Fat Loss Plan, found here at bodybuilding.com. I finally got sick and tired of seeing myself in the mirror and what I have become. I look at pics I took while deployed to Iraq and was going to the "gym" everyday. I was so much happier and confident then. So, I have embarked on a 12 week plan to get back into shape. I'm 5'10" and weigh about 220. I've been this weight since about 2004 or so. While I'm not "disgusting", I'm overweight (according to the Army) and unhappy, so this is it.
