It is sport one has complete control over. Competition is ultimatley against yourself. I soley have control of the outcome of the result of myself when it comes to my body.

Thanks much! I told you the 2 a day have been giving me results. The Jeans look Hot, but my DCU boots dont look so great with them...i look like a beat up rock star.

Thanks. Well a lot of men use swing their legs as well when they do pull ups...oh well! I did 3 more sets of 3 pull ups today :)

Aww, sorry you're sick. Don't overdo it in the gym. Your body is using all its resources to recover, if you bust your azz in the gym, you will make it hard to recover from illness. Take it easy :)

Thanks for your message. I did get up at 0530 and did legs, I will be going to the gym in about 30 minutes to do my cardio and abs. My AM session was insane!!!! I have been busting my butt and eating good...I will look perfect by the end of the year. BTW my goal jeans fit now!!
