I've recently reached and surpassed my goal of getting my weight down to 260 lbs. My new short term goal is to reach 230 lbs.
Goal (Long):
I've lost almost 40 lbs in the past 9 months and just started getting really strict with my diet and exercises again. My long term goal is to be down to 210 lbs and 15% body fat by the time Spring Break rolls around.
Well this is the first time I've posted since my original blog almost 10 months ago. I did pretty good during my spring semester and actually did reach my goal weight of 260 lbs. Unfortunately, I slacked a little bitĀ over the summer as I was swamped with summer classes and let myself get back...
