These are the supplements that I am currently using as I aim to reduce my body fat from circa 20% to 9%
Stage One - 20% to 14%
As of January 19th, 2013 I am using these supplements:-
Animal Cuts - (training and non training day) 1 pack twice a day (this is the first time that I've used these; I've used Animal Stak before and been impressed with the results, hopefully these will also deliver good results)
Pre-work out:
5g BCAA powder (Bulkpowders.co.uk)
5g L-Glutamine powder (Reflex)
Creatine - 2 tabs (Matrix)
Yohimbe - 1 tab (Twin Labs)
Post work out

5g L-Glutamine powder (Reflex)
Creatine - 2 tabs (Matrix)
Yohimbe - 1 tab (Twin Labs)
Matrix Anabolic Whey Protein - 40g Protein, low carb/ low fat.
Rest of the day
Throughout the day I have 4 protein shakes, using Matrix Anabolic mixed with water. I'm keeping my protein intake high. I add 5g of L-Glutamine to the protein shake that I have before going to bed.

SQ76 Managed a new PB this morning with 37.5kg dumb bell chest press x 6 reps. Happy with that!
