I had lost 38 lbs over the summer with no weight trainning and lack of nutrition but when i gave my life back to God I got serious!

HOW I STARTED:

Ive trained all my life in the martial arts as a teenager Tae Kwon DO, Shotukon, dragon kung fu, kickboxing and as an olympic golden gloves boxer in 98 under curtis cokes former welterweight champion in dallas, tx. i was at the peak of my performance in 92 at 225lbs with a bench press of 355lbs, ect

WHY I LOVE IT:

i take pride in my health and overall appearance and strive to be the best at all I do. God commands us to keep our temple clean and I love the feeling of the muscles like a set of football pads and being a role modle for lost souls
