CptFantastic I'm not a huge fan of cardio, but I do incorporate HIIT when getting ready for a shoot or competition. I personally train with mostly supersets, so it keeps my heart rate going so I don't have to do that much cardio to cut. Dec 5, 2012 2:29pm

ares4409 Fish oil has Omega-3 Fatty Acids. Fatty acids r building blocks of fats, meaning that in order for the body to burn fat efficiently (use fat as fuel) is good to add fatty acids to ur diet. One of the best benefits among many others is that it's an anti-inflammatory..it helps for recovery (sore muscles,joints etc.)I prefer Flax Seed instead. It contains not only Omega-3's but also Omega-6's & 9's. My body seems to digest it & absorb it better.I hope this helps! Dec 5, 2012 1:05am
