I've been working out for 5 years on and off, but this time I'm working to get to where I want to be and stay there.
Why I Love It:
I love the way you feel after a really hard workout...that always makes it well worth it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by subscribing to shape and other fitness magazines. They always give me good tips.

I've always been around 138 to 140lbs, but at that weight my clothes are a little snug and I definitely don't have much tone. I've been working at it for 2 months now and I've lost 9 lbs and toned up. I'm happy with my results but now I'm looking to tighten my legs and butt and tone up my arms. If you have any good pointers, please let me know!!

Hey you! well its 6am here and i am heading out after i **** send on this message for a 30 min stroll. I train weghts 5 times a week and cardio but never have an actuall day off...everything overlaps to keep me busy...i would lose my mind if i had nothing to do! hehe. and you? how often do you train?
