Hi, no shows planned yet! Our local show here runs every year around Halloween, but I think I'm going to wait until 2010 when I'll no longer be in school. This is my last year so I just want to focus on that! I've been looking at your progress pics and I'm liking the cut success you're having! Working your way towards shredded I see! Keep it up man, you're a beast.

Well to be honest, no I don't. I haven't decided 100% yet if I am doing the November show or not. I know I should so I can commit one way or the other. For now I'm trying to lower my body fat a bit and I guess when I'm about 3-4 months out I'll decide for sure if I'm doing it or not and then perhaps seek out a coach of some kind (never done a show before).

Yeah I saw that Gatineau show. I think that's too soon though for me! That only gives me a month to get as lean as I can. I think I may wait for the one in November. It's the day before my birthday so at least I can pig out on my birthday feast the next day!

Thanks! I've recently switched my goals from trying to put on more weight and muscle, to lowering my body fat to get my abs back, and maintain a leaner look for a little while. I still may try entering a competition this November, who knows! Keep up the hard work, I've seen your changing pics so I know you've been getting results.

Hey, I just read your latest blog entry. Interesting to see what a typical day is like for you. I always suspected it would be 'action packed'. I think I'd crash after 3-4 nights in a row of only 5 hours of sleep though. Can you at least catch up a bit on the weekends?

Oh not much. Just cursing the mild streak we just got which melted away half the snow. Just bought new ski boots 2 days ago which I wanted to try out tomorrow. At least the night time plans can't be ruined by the weather. You doing anything special tomorrow?

Zumi I always like stopping by your profile. You must change your display pic 25 times a day! I don't know why you respond to some of these guys comments though. Reading them makes me think of the word "creeper".
