I STARTED OUT AT THE AGE OF 12 DOING THE JANE FONDA WORKOUT VIDEO. I WAS HOOKED! I JOINED A GYM @ AGE 16 AND FELL IN LOVE WITH AEROBICS. I STARTED TEACHING CLASSES A YEAR LATER & DID IT FOR 8 YEARS. WHILE WORKING IN THE GYM I WAS TURNED ON TO WEIGHT- TRAINING AND THE ADDICTION BEGAN.
Why I Love It:
I LOVE TO SEE THE BODY TRANSFORMATION SIMPLY BY MANIPULATING HOW YOU TRAIN, EAT & REST.

I AM A PERFECTIONIST...THAT ABOUT SUMS IT UP!
BB Accomplishments:
COMPETED IN SEVERAL CONTESTS WITH VERY SATISFYING RESULTS...MADE IT TO CANADIAN NATIONALS & NORTH AMERICANS IN 2008! NOW I'M WORKING TOWARD A NEW CHALLENGE...TRIATHLONS!
I'M ALSO INCORPORATING CROSSFIT INTO MY TRAINING TO MIX THINGS UP.

TRAINING FOR A 100K BIKERIDE IN SUPPORT OF A LOCAL CHARITY...KIDS IN DISTRESS.
Goal (Long):
My first triathlon was a success and so was my second!
I raced with two friends as part of a relay team called "Triple Trouble". We split up the events based on each of our strenghths...I did the bike portion.
We were victorious with a first place finish again beating out 18 other teams!
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
15%
