I know what you mean I've been doing good when it comes to my diet all I need to do is stay away from the BEERS!! but they just taste so good

I have been killing my legs alot lately i've always been stronger in my upper body for some reason but doin my best to catch the lower up!! I've even cut out cardio and been keepin it simple lots of heavy squats woohoo!! How was Colorado?

a$$ kicker i'm always on a mass cycle diet my screen name is snacks durr! hey i checked out the bodyblog and f-it spell awsomeness how ever you want that leg workout looks sick i'm gonna have to give those summo squats a try! EAT CLEAN LIFT HEAVY!! woohoo

I have been to almost every gym in the midsouth area if your looking for a gym to go to for just every now and again visits just tell me what you want the gym to have i.e. pool,sauna,lots of cardio,whatever I can give you suggestions and most will let pay for a single workout it should only be around 5 bucks I actually go to a different gym now the other one just didnt cut it
