I know! Even if they don't ask to go, I feel like that's where I should take them. I've had almost no time off lately so it's been easier for me to just stick to my regular routine and food.

Hey! Workouts are great!! I took a bit of time off for planning and taking a ski trip to Whistler BC. But Im definitely more motivated for using the winter sports to keep up my activity level :)
ahaha you're cracking me up, yes cleans are awesome, but technique is very important too. So if there's no one in ur gym who can coach u on em (prolly not) find a local club. Also, its best to be on a mass cycle diet to excel in weight esp with cleans....Hope u had a lovely T-Day!!!!!!!!!!!
Good luck finding the gym you are looking for. I thought I had found a good one but soon found out that if you strain and grunt they look at you weird and ask you to tone it down. Looking for a new gym as we speak. Stay strong.
Thanks! No, but I saw my friend Jennifer today and she said she's been complaining about it too, so hoopefully maybe one day they will realize that some of us want to work out Sunday mornings.
The hours are the big thing...I started at Hope n' Healing, which was adequate as far equipment goes, and dirt cheap. But the hours sucked. Closed early every night, closed on holidays, closed in the afternoon on Fridays, closed at noon on Saturday, closed on Sunday....So I joined this gym a few months back but I'm not thrilled with it being closed Sunday mornings, or at 8 on Saturday night. I guess I want a 24 hour a day, 7 day a week gym. That's not too unreasonable! ha ha.

I know it's the south and there's a lot of churchgoers, and I realize it's a holiday tommorow, but that's twice this week!!! I noticed yours is open...How do you like it over there? Not so much looking to make a change, because they've got me for another year and a half.

lol um no I would never see it being productive for me to ingest 10000 calories, however there is a relatively large increase in carbs but NO eating of crap either =0)
