SMooCHES220 Completed my morning walk 5.44miles...did my 100 squats (30day squat) challenge. Missed Zumba but Im going hard tomorrow Bootcamp n Zumba!

SMooCHES220 I got three workouts in yesterday 25min lunch walk, Bootcamp, Zumba! Today is a day of strength training chest and triceps!! GOOD MOrning!

wahminsc Play with My Fitness Pal and see what it gives you as your daily calories for your activity level. I have a little over 1600 for mine and ted to get a little less than that daily. Making sure I eat enough is hard sometimes, but adding almond and/or coconut butter to my smoothies helps a lot. Good fat and goodness at once. Jan 22, 2013 4:12pm

wahminsc You go! I get bored, too. I'm going to try a Zumba class soon. I don't like cardio much, but I love dancing. And I definitely like strength training and martial arts more. Make sure your eating enough for that activity level. I tried to cut too low and lost nothing. 2013 is the year! Jan 22, 2013 6:54am

batman67 i kinda fell off last week .just trying to stay consistent. i'm having trouble puting all together,either i'm eating right and not working out or eating everything i see ,and not working out.this week just trying to watch my portion sizes,drink more water,and not eat a meal 4hrs before bedtime, i think i can still lose weight this way.
