How is your thing going here? I started the FDX+ and love it . Might be the only one I can actually follow and it works for me. I even do the full body workouts to change it up a bit. How the family? REBoone I think one of the most important things I ever did was have precise measurements and testing done. It wasn't precisely what I wanted to hear but it let me know where I was and exactly where I needed to go. I am having a re-test in 2 weeks as part of a 13-week challenge my fitness center is doing... I am excited to how the two measurements compare. Go get em. Apr 3, 2012 11:02am
