I wouldn't do HITT more than 5 days a week so you don't burn yourself out. I don't know why everyone thinks that workouts have to be in "cycles", I just do what works consistantly. Consistancy brings results. Two weeks is a pretty short amount of time to see dramatic results especially since you've been doing a lot of cardio already.

I do HIIT. I also have a high protein, high healthy fat, low carb diet. This combination gets me lean very quickly. It is also key to eat breakfast and eat every couple hours to keep your metabalism reving.
