How I Started:
I started doing cardio to lose weight, my boyfriend introduced me to weight training and I've been hooked since.
Why I Love It:
I love the rush I get from working out! I'm slowly gaining back my confidence and feeling good about myself.

I hate cardio to. I can't do the treadmill or elliptical to long. I use a minute per station, 4 station cycle, 3 times through before a break. IE. jump ropes, jumping jacks, bike, elliptical, or anything else fast paced. I do it a bunch of times over. Then the next time I try to extend each station to a minute 15 and then minute 30. My best ever was 200 jump ropes, 50 4-count jumpin jacks, 2 minute bike and 2 minute elliptical.
