Worked out all my life. Got serious when I joined the military and even more when I got out. Didn't want to be one of those old guys with a extra kid walking around in their belly's. HAHA Just so unattractive in men and women but some people look at it as being comfortable with life and laugh at us that attempt to achieve the proverbial 6 pack. Plus I like when women check me out. Vanity is as Vanity does. :)~
Why I Love It:
Great stress relief and time to focus on self! And love looking at the progress I make. Summer is over and heading into fall. Just going to focus on mass/strength building.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have to stay motivated for myself. No one can motivate you. Either you want it or you don't. I am a NETA certified personal trainer for Eglin AFB and Niceville YMCA. Plus, I feel good about helping others achieve desired results.
BB Accomplishments:
Not interested in competing. But it's nice when people ask if you do compete or "suggest" you compete.
Forum Signature:

What SLAM3 Is Up To:
Nov 10, 2009
SLAM3 changed Body Fat from 16.6% to 15%, a loss of 1.6 percentage points in 97 days
It's official. I fly out to Stuttgart Germany 5 March 2010 for 4+ mths. Lets see what this TRX will do for me.
Goal (Long):
My goal is to get down to 8-10% BF. I see/hear a lot of people make excuses about not being able to lose weight and it really irritates me. Diet is key to everything you do. Mediocrity is the new excellence for most Americans. I don't want to be mediocre. And I don't want to be part of an internet team. If you can't motivate yourself how can someone from the internet motivate you? But, that's just my opinion. If it works for you then so be it.
I have know wolfe for for over 4 yrs now and he has always been dedicated, driven and inspiring. He isn't like others here on this web site who haven't accomplished anything and his advice in invaluable. Look out for him on the big stage and I know he will tear it up. Keep it up wolfe.
She has shown me nothing but respect and dedication towards exercising and what it's like to be a woman in the military. She has the drive, will and passion to succeed. I hope that she keeps it up and we need more women like this of her caliber. Keep it up pufferm. I am pulling for you
I just started the TRX training program and let me tell you. It's not as easy as it looks. I never knew how unbalanced my body was until yesterday. Which means even though I thought I was well balanced, I am not. Which to me makes me happy that I found a program that shows me my...

Thanks for that add and the compliment. You look great yourself. What ever you're doing it's working, so keep pushing. I just moved here from NJ. It's a pleasure meeting another GA brother here on BodySpace.
Thank you for the comments. Placing second in that show has given me more drive to try to succeed at this upcoming show. The one that placed first will be competing in this show too. If you're able to, you should come to the show. It's in Mobile, AL. Keep up the hard work!
