I don't really know how I got started working out, I guess I read so many Muscle & Fitness magazines and wanted to look like the bodybuilders, that I decided to start lifting weights.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it keeps me in shape & I like the muscle pump I get after a nice intense workout.
How I Stay Motivated:

I think i weight about 135-140. I just started working out![check out my workout gloves]LOL!. this was taken on the USS PELELIU LHA-5 on the way to Hawaii.
Well basically, My question is Can I take take the Testosterone Booster & ZMA in the same cycle? Since the Testosterone Booster is taken in the Morning and the ZMA before bed time.

Hey Skillz! aw man u know I had a couple vip free tix to the fight with free room and food but noone wanted to go besides me haha..so dang had to pass but yea prob catch the fight on TV.how bout u? Tailgating early tomorrow to get my usual spot - maybe be a lot of eagle fanz in town!ha..
I could honestly say its the cardio.
and I stopped binge eating. but on my days off of working out .. i go out and have a few drinks. after a week of workingout...its mentally draining.

I setup my workouts with bodyparts, like for day 1; i do shoulders & biceps cardio. Day 2; I do chest abs/cardio. Day 3 Back & legs/ cardio. Day 4 triceps & abs/cardio. haha sums it up than start from day 1...
but yeaa man, I believe its 70% dieting, I'm trying to get lean..you know whats up.
two body parts each day consisting of atleast 30 mins of cardio. Me being pretty heavy when i started doin cardio in july..i started to the elliptical... but now hitting the treadmill. I usually switch it up, but i mostly do 40 mins on the elliptical.
Whats up bro!! i appreciate man... I always worked out, but in july i got serious as you are too. My workout routine goes something like this. I workout 5 days a week. sun - thursday.

Hi Skillz--Was'up?:-) Training hard as can be--MOTIVATED & really putting on the fatd burn this week.ha I added 15-20 min elliptical with the interval so we'll see how it attacks the fat..LOL. I bet you are just rippin it with P90X--U got it! Go Chargers- its gonna be packed at the Q Sun!
Still Riding high over the Win..*:-) Yeah gonna hit the circuit in a few. Im adding in "the walk/run/sprint/fall?" factor this week haha. need to up the fat burners so I can have dramatic effect to holiday pics!hopefully I wont sprain/strain any parts!
