How I Started: How did I get Started? Well one day I was in the gym (RFC) and one of my buddies from way back had came up to me and admired the change in my physique since high school. He then proposed that I should get into competition and by that, bodybuilding. So after my workout I went home an looked in the mirror for a good five minutes. I looked myself straight in the eye and said I can dominate this.
Why I Love It: Why wouldnt you love getting stronger workout after workout. Its an addicting drug. It has changed my life in and out.
How I Stay Motivated: The world is divided between the haves and the have nots. The have nots make excuses to skip training, the weather, a flat tire. When they are in the gym, they talk endlessly, take too many trips to the water fountain. They worry about their hair. The have nots train so they can get a piece. The haves? It's all about the iron. They approach lifting like it's a job. Do it right the first time, don't screw around, and never cut corners. Time's a wasting. Your set is up. Which side are you on? It's up to you, This is your choice. It's Animal. Can you Handle it!
