Why I Love It:
i feel more energized, confident, and just overall better!
How I Stay Motivated:
I just remind myself of my goals, and how much better i feel when i eat right. It also helps to put magazine clippings of my favorite fitness models on the fridge... you'll change your mind about that chocolate cake real fast!

the biggest i have been since i as in middle school. never again, 130 pounds, 5'4
At this point i had been lifting for just over 4 months, and had lost my freshman weight another 4 months before that
I have been lifting for over 2 years now... I am currently at a cutting stage and want to get to 10% body fat. My long term goal is simply to be healthy, and stay looking young!
I have not been on my blog in a very long time, so im updating my profile, deleting old stuff. Its Spring 08' and I have been lifting since Winter '06. I don't have my six pack yet... So now its time to get to it and really be hardcore. My goals are to not let school, drama, and whatever...
