WAS IN SPORTS MY WHOLE LIKE HAD DAT ATHLECTIC BODY AND AFTER DA REGULAR SEASON THERES DA OFFSEASON BUT I REALLY DIDNT BUILD I WOULD JUS CUT AND GET RIPPD UNTIL LAST YEAR WHEN I STARTED WRKIN OUT W/A PRO BODYBUILDER HE SHOWED ME DA ROPES AND AFTER HIM CHALLENGIN ME&MY BODY I JUS GOT HOOKD STARTED SEEIN GAINS AND THERES NO BETTER FEELIN THEN 2 C URSELF LOOK ALL MASSIVE...NOW IM ADDICTED 2 IT.

How I Stay Motivated:
MOTIVATION IS KEY, 4 ME IM NEVER SATISFIED W/HOW I LOOK CUZ I KNOW OUT THERE, THERE IS SUM 1 DAT IS BIGGER THAN ME I MEAN IM A GUY ITS IN OUR DNA IF WE C SUM 1 DAT LOOKS A LIL BIGGER WE KNOW WE HAVE 2 "BRING DA NOISE" ON DA NEX WRKOUT UNTIL WE ARE BIGGER BUT THERE IS ALWAYS SUM 1 ELSE, AND THAN SUM 1 ELSE...ETC.

Just kickin butt with P90X .. hoping to get this body in better shape then doing the same thing again for another 90days.. by the time I turn 40 in Dec I hope to look like a whole new person.. I know its changing me on the inside as well :) so up with pics mr.. lets see em..
not much just waiting until the kiddos get out of school next week, then it will officially be summer break....now if the weather would just cooeroperate!
hey there stranger, thanks for the awesome compliments!! Ha clients killin' ya huh, but hey that's great motivation for you to kick ass, which that sounds what you're doing!! Not much just VERY concentrated on both my eating and training, I'm running out of time and really want to look better than last summer by the end of this summer! You know how it goes when you're super focused, ha!!
hey long time no hear, sounds like your job is really workin' out good for you! I'm doing better was sick this past week and a half, but am back to my normal training. Had to cut the cardio for a week too much coughing. Today was the first day I could do some hard core cardio without dying of coughing.

Hey stranger.. just started a new job at the beginning of the year and I'm trying to get used to the shifts.. but eating right and trying to get back into a workout routine.. I'll get there.. did great last week but the weekend was bad.. still no pics? what gives with that?
