Goal (Long):
I was involved in a bad motorbike crash leaving me with a shaterd knee cap, broken arm, and bruised ribs! At this point i was 18 months into training and weighed a good 12.7 stone (175 pounds) of BEEF! 2 years later i have just started training again after loosing 2 stone (28 pounds) so i have to start all over again only this time i'm more serious then ever, cant wait to start packin the pounds back on!
