Michalebsdad Switch up your routine, both cardio and weights! Also, don't believe the machines when it comes to cals burned...there is like a 25% error rate. Could be more, could be less. Let your mirror be your guide, not the cals and scale! Keep pressing on...don't get frustrated! Aug 23, 2011 11:58pm
