guest Howdy. Been a while. Pleased to see your pull-up site; read through all the comments. I've been looking at breaking the wr on rowing in 24 hours! Row 2-3 marathons a weekend (erg machine). Also been doing weighted pull-ups; no longer do the huge numbers. Twice a week doing bw + 70#, 10 reps (1x10). Nothing you'd be impressed with! Mar 27, 2010 7:13pm
