One day realized how scrawny i was and that i needed to put some muscle on my body. I have always been very athletic but didnt have much muscle.
Why I Love It:
Its an addiction. I wake up every morning only lookin forward to the gym. I love seeing results and work towards getting bigger. It motivates me and helps me cope with all the other stresses in my life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Lookin in the mirror everyday and looking at myself and visualizing what i could look like. Knowing that i have the potential to be better and trying to push myself beyond my limits to reach my goals

I'm doing good. Workouts are coming along better now that Im not feeling sick anymore. Got a bad sunburn over the weekend so I'm not having too much fun:( lol my own fault!
Thanks :) You're bulking and I'm about to start cutting. Trying not to lose too much muscle in the process. But I need to be leaner for summer. Want more definition. Keep in touch!
No Am right now. Just eph and pm. eph is supposed to be stronger. I am going to switch to AM soon. I am also bulking so I don't want to burn too much, I just wanted to get rid of a little layer.
well this is my first time with this whole process so im not really sure how im going to feel about the cutting phase but i'm sure i won't fall in love or anything lol.
thank you for the add damien, how's the bulk cycle going? im currently doing the same and i hate it! ill complain when i have to cut too because i wont be able to eat so much lol. its a lose lose situation!
