Its an addiction. I wake up every morning only lookin forward to the gym and running.

Goal (Long):
To train to attempt the World Record for Pull ups in a 24 hour period. Lose weight, body fat, and turn my body into a pull up machine. Complete my first Ultra Marathon, 50 miles.

Semper Fi big guy! Awesome MOS!! I'm 70, and a retired Force Recon Marine. I still work out. Can't see any reason not to. I embarrass anyone my age, and very proud of it. Keep up the good work.
