When I Started: Jun, 2006
How I Started: One day realized how scrawny i was and that i needed to put some muscle on my body. I have always been very athletic but didnt have much muscle.
Why I Love It: Its an addiction. I wake up every morning only lookin forward to the gym. I love seeing results and work towards getting bigger. It motivates me and helps me cope with all the other stresses in my life.
How I Stay Motivated: Lookin in the mirror everyday and looking at myself and visualizing what i could look like. Knowing that i have the potential to be better and trying to push myself beyond my limits to reach my goals

Goal (Long): To train to attempt the World Record for Pull ups in a 24 hour period. Lose weight, body fat, and turn my body into a pull up machine

I'm doing good. Workouts are coming along better now that Im not feeling sick anymore. Got a bad sunburn over the weekend so I'm not having too much fun:( lol my own fault!

No Am right now. Just eph and pm. eph is supposed to be stronger. I am going to switch to AM soon. I am also bulking so I don't want to burn too much, I just wanted to get rid of a little layer.

thank you for the add damien, how's the bulk cycle going? im currently doing the same and i hate it! ill complain when i have to cut too because i wont be able to eat so much lol. its a lose lose situation!
