How I Started:
I had always been in shape just thin. Then I got deployed to Iraq and lift was all there was to do. in a year I went from 160 to 225.
Why I Love It:
I like the feeling of being in shape its like a high.
How I Stay Motivated:
Staying motivated is hard sometime but people in the gym as well as on here keep me focuses. I love looking at someone in shape its is the best.
