Reason: I take ths product to get a good pump and blood flow into the muscle group I am working on. It also gets protien into your muslce a lot faster.

Reason: Its gives you a great amount of energy in the gym to push more and aids in getting that last rep. into your work out. The strength gains are great. I look at this product as a bodybuilders crack. Once you get on it you will not want to get off of it. Where was this product 4 years ago.

Reason: its was an in expensive way to boost my calorie intake with it also being creatine and glutimine inhanced. I figured I couldnt go wrong. It taste great also.
