Hey you! I am actually under the weather for the holiday season and - even worse - I've put on 2 lbs...how's that possible when I can't even grub...lol? Anyhoo, I hope that you enjoy all 10 of your days. Make sure to take at least one all to yourself and just veg, get a massage, catch a movie, whatever makes you happy. Hey Michael! How are you? What a great show that was I bet. I graduated with a degree in Drama and Musical Theatre so I have a slight bias for all things art! lol. All is well here. I was just reading in Yahoo that Ryan Shay, a US runner, died whil preparing for the Olympic Trials and NY marathon. It really hit my heart and I thought of you and the rest of the running community.

WHOHOAA!!!! LOOK AT YOU!!! You surprised even yourself, eh? Man when you hit our personal best, that's an exhilarating feeling that nobody can take away from you. It feels hella-good.
