I got started when I saw that weight training could influence performance in sports.
Why I Love It:
One of my places of Refuge, controls stress levels. Seeing Changes, Networking, self-esteem and it can develop discipline.

It goes good! Changing up my routine a bit to keep it fresh.. different tactics.. legs tonite.. hams glutes calves quads. I feel so good after my workout. How are you doin today? Jazzy:)
