this was after two weeks of crossfit. I feel stronger but I am wiped out. at least I didn't loose 12 lbs this time.

As a skinny kid I have always had trouble gaining weight. and now I am losing weight due to my new job. I am running more, a lot more, 15 to 20 miles a week. I feel better through out the day but if i try to counter with food and shakes I feel sluggish and it seams like i always have food in...

I'm using the powder, the pills are huge and you have to take eight haha, way too intense for me

Larry English looks pretty good so shawne Merriman's gotta step it up, but it looks like we might not have him next year, he may go to Washington, it's a dissapointment to see he cares about the money. LT cares about SD and the fans and a super bowl. And Vaughn Martin looks like he will fill in Igor's spot very well. I cant wait for this season!!!
